Precision metal BELLOWS (corrugated hose), majorly use 316Ti/321/316L/304 Stainless Steel as the raw material, can also customize by using Superalloys such as Inconel or Hastelloy. Providing the great advantage of being ultra soft and great elasticity with low K factor volume (in the formula of the Hooke’s law), therefore, achieving great life cycle performance.
The major applications are as the following 6 domains:
Pipeline Connection
Ideal functional performance for expansion compensating, sealing, shock/vibration absorption, etc. For vacuum system pipeline connection or vacuum pump vibration absorption (Welded with CF, NW, ISO flanges.) With corrosion-resistant materials for chemical fluid pipeline connection
Valve Sealing
Apply in precision valve sealing, for vacuum state requirement or for high temperature or toxic gas/fluid flow, providing ideal leak prevention. Material including SUS304, 316L, 316Ti, C276, Inconel superalloys, etc. ＊Material, thickness and ply number can all be customized
Equipment Parts
With great flexibility/compression strength, long life cycle and high pressure resistance, can be used on equipments with high frequency vibration or high pressure fluid flow. (E.g., Switching valve components for beverage filling machine)
Measuring Instrument
For bellows pressure gauge, a unit which expands or contracts based on the changes in pressure. They are used to measure absolute as well as differential pressure. The bellows are sensitive to temperature changes, work hardening, drift, friction, hysteresis, and vibrations
Braided Bellows
Commonly used in high-temperature vacuum system, high-pressure environments, or toxic gas/fluid conveyance, providing ideal leak prevention
